Thank you for registering to volunteer for the 2025 Pop Warner Cheer & Dance Nationals and Queen City Crown Open Events. These events are held in the Charlotte Convention Center, 501 South College Street, Charlotte, North Carolina 28202.
Please select your preferred position(s)/shift(s) from the following options: Awards, Book Check, Book Check - Music Verification, Main Floor, Media, Merchandise Sales, Team Practice, Volunteer Assistant and Warm-Up/Backstage. You may select up to two shifts per event day, Saturday through Thursday. For those volunteers that would like to work a full day in your selected position, please select (2) both a morning and afternoon shift on that designated day. Remember to review the position job description to ensure that you have selected your preferred role.
The Queen City Crown Open will begin each event day followed immediately by Nationals. Teams placing first in the Queen City Crown Open will be invited to participate in Nationals. More info to follow with event manuals.
If parking at the event venue, the fee is $20.00+tax per day/per vehicle, oversized vehicles are $40.00+tax per day/per vehicle. (No Cash Accepted.) Upon arrival to the venue on each event day selected, please go direct to the Volunteer Check-In Room to receive everything that you will need to start your event day.
