National Scholastics Tributes and Banquet

March 20th - 21st, 2026

Thank you for registering to volunteer for the 2026 Pop Warner Scholastics Tributes and Banquet.  These events are held in the Schaumburg Renaissance Convention Center Hotel, 1551 Thoreau Dr N, Schaumburg, IL 60173.  

For Scholastics, Tributes and Banquets select your preferred position(s)/shifts(s):  Tribute Seating, Banquet Seating, Registration, Merchandise, Media, VIP Room, Senior Scholar Athlete Room, Volunteer Assist.   Remember to review the position job description to ensure that you have selected your preferred role.

Parking is free in event venue lots.   Upon arrival to the venue on each event day selected, please go direct to the Volunteer Check-In Room to receive everything that you will need to start your day.  If you have any additional questions, please email scholastics@popwarner.com.
