Cheer & Dance Volunteers 2024

Thank you for signing up to volunteer at the 2024 Pop Warner Cheer & Dance Nationals.

Please select your preferred position(s)/shift(s) from the options below.  You may select up to two shifts per event day, Sunday through Thursday.  For those volunteers that would like to work a full day in your selected position, please select both a morning and afternoon shift on that designated day.

The event positions include Awards, Book Check, Book Check - Music Verification, Main Floor, Media, Team Practice, Volunteer Assistant and Warm-Up/Backstage.  Please review the position job description to ensure that you have selected the preferred role.

Transportation is provided to/from the Orange County Convention Center from Cheer/Dance Bus Hub Hotels, Westgate Lakes and Hilton Orlando.  Bus transportation will start at 6:00 am for those signing up for the first morning shift.  If parking at the OCCC event venue, the fee is $20.00+tax per day/per vehicle, oversized vehicles are $40.00+tax per day/per vehicle.  (No Cash Accepted.)

Upon arrival to the venue on each event day selected, please go direct to the Volunteer Check-In Room (206B/C in the West Concourse) to receive everything that you will need to start your event day.  If you have any additional questions, please email spirit@popwarner.com.  Thank you!
